NADRA Vaccine Certificate: How to Get and Download Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate?

Pakistan’s effort against Covid-19 vaccination is showing good effects, with fewer instances reported, and will most likely be aided by the manufacture of a native Pakistan vaccine. Residents who have been vaccinated can now get their COVID-19 immunization certificates in person or online. What is the procedure for doing so, and what is the objective of obtaining a Pakistan vaccine certificate?

What is the NADRA vaccine certificate?

Corona vaccination certificate from Pakistan certifies that you have received one or both doses of any vaccine that has been licensed in the country.

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has confirmed that single-dose and double-dose coronavirus vaccine certificates would be issued.

How to get my vaccine certificate?

Residents of Pakistan can get their certificate in person for 100 PKR at their nearest NADRA center. Alternatively, people who have been vaccinated can go to the NIMS website and enter their CNIC number and date of issuance. After paying PKR 100 by debit or credit card, they will receive their COVID-19 immunization certificate.

The NIMS has also published guide on how to access the vaccine certificate:

  1. Access NIMS website https://nims.nadra.gov.pk/
  2. Click on “Corona Vaccine Certificate” button and enter the required information
  3. Proceed to payment once you’ve filled in all of the required information.
  4. Make the payment.
  5. Click Continue after printing the payment receipt.
  6. Review the data.
  7. Download your certificate.

Visit the NIMS website and re-enter your information if you need to reprint the vaccination certificate. Instead of going to step 2 and filling out more information, it will lead you straight to the re-print option.

How can I modify details on the vaccine certificate?

You can modify certain details on your vaccination certificate, such as your name if it’s misspelled, your passport number, or your nationality, by going to the website and re-entering your information. It will then redirect you to a website where you can select “edit data on certificate” and correct your information.

The remainder of the steps are the same: submit your credit card information, pay the PKR 100 cost, and download your certificate.

Other facts on the vaccine certificate, such as the name of the vaccine delivered or the day of immunization, have been entered incorrectly on multiple occasions. To Request for Correction in your data provided for COVID Vaccine visit the link nims.nadra.gov.pk/nims/registerComplaint

You can get them corrected by submitting an application to the vaccination center where the vaccine was given to you or filing a complaint on the NIMS website. You can also call 1166, which is a toll-free number.

Pak COVID-19 Vaccination Pass App

The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) has created the ‘Pak COVID-19 Vaccination Pass App’ in conjunction with the NADRA. The app was developed as a solution for people to carry their digital COVID-19 immunization certificate with them.

Users can save their COVID-19 immunization certificate that was issued by NADRA to their phone.

COVID-19 vaccine is required for internal and foreign travel, and the digital certificate serves as formal verification.

The digital certificate can be instantly confirmed using the QR Code.
