Islamabad, Pakistan – 28th August, 2025 – Zong, Pakistan’s leading technology innovation company, in continuation of its nationwide relief efforts, has announced free resources for residents affected by the ongoing floods in the surrounding areas of the Sutlej, Chenab, and Ravi rivers.
As part of this initiative, Zong is offering 30 free on-net minutes and SMS to ensure that people in the impacted areas can stay connected with their loved ones and access emergency support when needed. The free services are being offered in the affected districts of Bahawalnagar, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Kasur, Okara, Pakpattan, Sahiwal, and Sialkot.
Previously, Zong extended similar support to communities in AJK and KPK during recent flood emergencies. This new measure further reflects Zong’s strong commitment to stand with the people of Pakistan during times of crisis.
