Do you know The Gully Squad “Be The Hero” Campaign by PUBG MOBILE? The most popular video gaming app in Pakistan, PUBG MOBILE, has started a recruiting drive for Gully Squad, a yearly marketing campaign that encourages players to team up with friends and compete for the grand prize together.
Campaign by PUBG MOBILE
Gully Squad’s campaign this year is centred around the idea of “Be the Hero,” with Markhor, Pakistan’s national animal, serving as its major spokesperson. Markhor, listed as an endangered species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), perfectly embodies the brand’s values and the Gully Squad promotion for PUBG MOBILE. The Markhor set was created especially for Pakistani players with the intention of introducing the nation’s culture to the youngsters of that nation. Everyone has an opportunity to succeed with this campaign, whether they are a student, a frequent gamer, or just getting started.
The team of 2D artists from Lahore, Pakistan, who created the Markhor set, shared their inspiration with us by stating that “Markhor signifies power and resilience. Since it lives in the highlands, we used tribal-inspired details like a lot of leather and unusual leather boots to give the idea a cool, edgy feel. Working with PUBGM was an absolute pleasure because they respected regional traditions and customs and welcomed artistic contribution. They went above and beyond to provide Pakistani talent a chance to compete for themselves in the game.
This year’s Gully Squad has some of the most well-known celebrities in the nation, such as Hania Aamir, Amna Ilyas, Junaid Khan, and the lead heartthrob Imran Abbas, who personifies the Markhor in the teaser below, to broaden the scope of the campaign:
Gully Squad’s special gifts for Pakistani PUBGM players this season include a cash fortunate draw for PKR 1,000,000 and a partnership with Lahore Qalandars, the team that won the seventh season of the Pakistan Super League!
